Please discuss the following with your players:-
1. Fees must be paid up entirely before your team is entered the competition.
See Bill Lotter, Kelly Gould, Kian Lotter or Gary Robertson on Registration days.
Council fees and insurance fees are due very soon and we will not be subsidising teams that cannot fulfil responsibilities.
2. Some teams are not fulfilling refereeing responsibilities. It is not fair to all players and teams in the competitions if this is neglected.
We will try to match up referees to games of teams of similar ability. Some concessions will be given to some teams but this needs to be discussed with Bill or Kian.
From the week after fees are due, teams who do not fulfil refereeing commitments will only be allowed to take the field with 5 players in their next game.
Please ensure that the score card is signed by both referees after each game.
3. For insurance and semi final qualification purposes, the sign on sheet must be initialled by all competing players prior to each game.
4. Numbered and uniform playing shirts must be organised by 3rd week of competition.
5. Appreciate the fact that this is a social competition that has on the whole been respected by most players.
Playing competitively, but also in the spirit of the game should be remembered.
It is not fair that volunteer referees have to deal with situations that go beyond the spirit of the game.
